同学你好，finance cost的递减是特殊规则，不是在出租性房产收入下面扣减，而是直接在个税（deduct under income tax liability）下面扣减。 扣减的数值是finance cost*20%（basic rate，这是规定，记住即可。），这个数值被称为interest relief或者tax reducer。
