同学你好，我们来看下 概念 Primary stakeholder – who have a contractual relationship with the organization 与公司有合同关系，关注公司的持续经营、成长与目标 包括 内部利益相关者：员工与经理；有关联的利益相关者：股东、供货商、客户、工会等。 Secondary stakeholder-who do not have contractual relationship with the organization 对公司有关注，但不同群体关注的信息不一样，与公司没有合同关系。主要是External stakeholder 外部利益相关者：政府等。
