同学你好，如果一个公司声称自己遵守GIPS，必须是全部公司层面的遵守，而不能只说业绩计算是符合的，是完整的业绩计算的数据、整个过程和计算方法都符合GIPS，因为GIPS是面向全球，会面向潜在客户，要让潜在客户都知道业绩的估算是按照统一的标准计算的。完整的是这样：A firm’s claim of compliance signifies, among other things, that the firm’s performance measurement data inputs, processes, and return calculation methodology conform to the prescribed guidelines。B选项是其中的一个特例，是专门给现有客户的，不会面向潜在客户。
