同学好，本题题干中说A公司measure NCI at its share of net asset,因此直接使用net asset计算商誉使用的是partial goodwill的方法；如果题干说NCI at fair value或者给出子公司股票的价格使用的是full goodwill就要加上FV of NCI来计算商誉
