请所有河大ACCA考点考生注意，这几个省也要注意！（6月26日前）

参加7月份ACCA考试的学员注意了，不是针对所有的学员，仅限北京、西安、开封、广州及重庆，今年7月ACCA河南大学这个考点的考生，由于场地提供方的强制要求，请务必在6月26日之前进行填写。

以下学员个人信息是由于场地提供方强制要求，需要提前一周向有关政府部门报备，请学员确保提供的信息是真实无误的，以便考试当日可以顺利入场（请于2020年6月26日前填写完毕）。

The following students' personal information is mandatory requirement from the local government or exam centre and needs to be reported back one week in advance.  Please complete the below by 26 June, 2020.

Please ensure that the information provided is true and correct so that you can successfully enter the exam centre.

如果由于提供虚假信息导致无法顺利参加考试，则考生须自己承担相应后果。请考生避免重复提交信息，如发现重复信息，以系统记录zui晚提交时间为准。

Student is responsible for the consequences if false information is provided. Student is requested to avoid submitting information repeatedly. If duplicate information is found, we will only accept the latest submission

time recorded by the system.
